Pamela Britt - Principal

Mrs. Britt joined the MCA family in 2018, bringing with her over 20 years of experience in education—and just as many years of coffee-fueled energy and grace under pressure. As our principal, she’s a master multitasker, juggling meetings, emails, and school events, yet she always makes time to sit down, listen, and chat with anyone who needs her ear (or a little encouragement). Her passion for education is rivaled only by her love for Christ, which shines through in everything she does.

Mrs. Britt earned her teaching degree from Minot State University in North Dakota, where she also learned how to survive snowy winters—skills that still come in handy during carline duty. When she’s not leading the school, she enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren, along with reading and crocheting

"I am an imperfect Christian who is made righteous by a Perfect Savior. I love the Lord and am truly humbled and thankful that I am given the joy of working with His children. Every child has been created in the Image of God, and has been created for a specific and unique purpose.”

“ I believe God called me into education because of my own difficult journey as a student. God has used my struggles to show me who He Is, how perfectly He Loves us, and how nothing is impossible with Him. As the principal at MCA, I seek to boldly serve Jesus Christ by providing a God-honoring, exceptional education that meets the unique needs of each child every day."
