Stacy McGinnis - Kindergarten

Ms. McGinnis grew up in South Bend and earned her degree in Elementary Education from Grace College in Winona Lake. Before joining MCA, she worked as a Title I and ENL teacher at PHM—and even spent some time as a Starbucks barista!

She’s been part of the MCA team for 10 years and has taught grades K–3 depending on the year, but kindergarten is her favorite.

She actually grew up going to school at MCA K-8th grade many years ago! In addition to her long standing connections she says, “I love the smaller class sizes—and the smaller humans too!”

Outside the classroom, Ms. McGinnis enjoys spending time with her family, being an aunt, and relaxing whenever she can.
