Statement
of
Faith

MCA Board, administration and staff believe the Bible is the infallible Word of God, accepting and embracing Christ’s unconditional and sacrificial love as defined in John 3:16 (“For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him, should not perish, but have everlasting life.”—KJV version) Our Father’s guidance is present through His word and we, as a collective body, aspire to reflect His love in a way that glorifies Him.

Loving
God

We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God, without error, and is the standard and authority for faith and practice for all generation (2 Timothy 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:21).

There is one God, eternally existing in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.

Loving
People

We believe in the absolute Deity of Jesus Christ (Colossians 2:7; John 1:1-2),
Virgin birth (Isaiah 7:14; Matthew 1:23; Luke 1:30, 34),
Substitutionary death (Isaiah 53:6; 1 Peter 3:18),
Physical resurrection of our Lord and Savior (1 Corinthians 15:3-4),
A literal return of Jesus Christ (John 14:3).

Serving
Jesus

We believe a person’s conversion is a process of many essential elements:
Hearing the Word of God brings us to faith. (Romans 10:17)

Believing that Jesus is the Christ will result from meaning. To believe that Jesus exists is the foundation to everything else we do and say. (John 3:16)

Repenting, because we must realize that we are on the wrong path, and faith opens up the eyes of the spiritually blind. (Luke 13:3)
Confessing that Jesus Christ is Lord. (Matthew 10:32)
Baptism – being immersed for the forgiveness of sins. (Acts 2:36, Mark 16:16)
Living a new life. (James 1:12; Ephesians 4:17-32)
